Warm Welcome Program

 Arriving to a new community can create fear and uncertainty.  We aim to help curb those fears with as much positivity, humility, empathy and kindness as possible.  Our Warm Welcome Program includes:

• A welcome basket tailored to the family including things like personalized water bottles, handy first aid kit, age-appropriate family games and treats.

• A supportive we see you letter, customized for every client.

• A collection of gift cards.

• Baking – scones, danishes and croissants from our local sponsor Le Delice Pastry Shop.

• Freezer ready meat and vegetables from our sponsor World Meats, for the security of future meals.

• Any if the client or any family member is having a birthday that month, they are provided gifts and some party favours for the celebration!
